Certificados de Alemão - Qual é o melhor para quem?
Depois de terminar o seu curso de alemão, você receberá um certificado de alemão da GLS documentando o seu nível de alemão. Este certificado é independente de ter passado em um teste. Se desejar fazer um teste e obter um certificado mais oficial, você tem as seguintes opções:

Para estudos universitários na Alemanha, necessário para entrar nas universidades alemãs. TestDaF e telc C1 Hochschule são equivalentes (em 2016 o certificado telc Deutsch C1 Hochschule foi oficialmente reconhecido como prova de competências linguísticas para admissão em universidades alemãs pelos membros da Conferência de Ministros de Cultura e Reitores Alemães)
Goethe or telc? Which German exam should I take?
Are you wondering which German exam to take? What the differences are? To make it short: there are no significant differences, as both - Goethe and telc - are recognized testing bodies. Just take the exam that suits you better in terms of testing dates and price (telc exams tend to be cheaper than Goethe exams).
Goethe exams can be taken only at a Goethe Institute, telc exams at test centers worldwide. GLS is a telc test center in Berlin. Test results are available after four to six weeks, telc certificates are valid for an unlimited period: see our testing dates in Berlin .
Some background info: telc is an official testing body headquarted in Frankfurt; the letters "telc" stand for The European Language Certificates. telc tests 10 languages, the Goethe Institue only German. As far as the German tests go, the testing formats are very similar, albeit not identical.
