A GLS em Berlim recebeu o prêmio STAR SCHOOL GERMANY 5 vezes e foi declarada uma SUPER STAR entre as melhores escolas de idiomas do mundo. Os prêmios Star School são concedidos todos os anos em Londres, pela Study Travel Magazine. Eles homenageiam as melhores escolas de idiomas do mundo, com base nas avaliações de cerca de 3000 profissionais de viagens de idiomas de mais de 60 países.

Who we are
A women-led family business
GLS was founded in 1983 by the Berlin entrepreneur Barbara Jaeschke, who still runs the company today, now together with her daughters Dr. Verena Jaeschke (left) and Dr. Reemda Jaeschke (right).
GLS history
What began as a one woman show in 1983, is now a company with 150 employees and a 16,000 m² campus with a school & 2 hotels in the very center of Berlin.

Students can have their German courses with GLS recognized for university degrees, i.e. earn academic credits at GLS..

Em 2019, o Ryugaku Journal, com sede em Tóquio, nomeou a GLS como uma das 10 melhores escolas de idiomas do mundo. A GLS é a única escola de alemão no Top 10: mais sobre as 10 melhores escolas.
GLS - "Escola de Alemão do Ano"
Em 2021, a GLS foi premiada como "Escola de Língua Alemã do Ano" pela Associação de Operadores de Turismo de Língua Turca em Istambul (UED).

GLS significa ...
... G erman L anguage S chool. A GLS realiza cursos para adultos no campus da GLS escola de linguas em Berlim, assim como, no verção, cursos de alemão para adolescentes em Berlim e Munique. GLS é o centro de testes para o exame TestDaF, um exame de língua destinado a alunos de alemão que desejam cursar uma universidade na Alemanha.
